Northern Lights Athletics.
For 21 years, Northern Lights Athletics has been home base for cheer and tumbling families across the Monadnock region. As the gym grew, owner Megan Gomarlo wanted a website and staff tools that matched the quality of what happens on the mat, so we built them together.
Janelle has worked alongside Megan and her directors for more than a year on communication, onboarding, scheduling, billing, and day-to-day procedures. The new website grew out of that work: one place for families, one place for staff, built around the way the gym already runs.
Their coaching playbook, built over two decades, is the heart of it. We didn’t replace it. We made it easier to find and easier to share.

A new site for programs, schedules, and registration that the gym fully owns and can grow with.
A Parent Hub
One place for families to see the season’s payment schedule, gym policies, and the coaches who work with their athletes.
A Coach Hub
A staff home base with a searchable SOP library, class plans, games, the Stunt School playbook, and a cleaning calendar, all easy to use on a phone.
Digital Staff Forms
Staff sign-in, time-off requests with coverage, incident reports, and coach profiles, each sent to the right director.
Why It Matters
Better tools for a team that was already doing great work, so coaches can spend more time coaching and families always know where to look.
