Keith Kreischer
Founder · Finance & Planning
Keith has spent more than 20 years in the resort and hospitality industry, leading operations across multiple departments and managing budgets, labor planning, and financial performance. He holds a degree in Resort and Hospitality Management and is, by his own admission, a P&L nerd. He helps clients understand their numbers, plan with confidence, and use data to make better decisions.
Janelle Kreischer
Client Operations Lead
Janelle has more than 20 years of customer-focused experience, starting as a cashier at a local hardware store and working her way into leadership. Her background spans schools, retail management and inventory at CVS, and director roles in HR, guest services, and web design. She is also a professional photographer, offering headshots and business photography. For more than a year, she has been consulting with a Keene athletic gym, improving team communication and building its onboarding, scheduling, billing, procedures, and day-to-day systems. She guides clients from the first conversation onward, coaching owners and teams through new systems, training, and leadership growth.
